SHIPPING
Shipping policy
- We offer free shipping on all orders within Colombia. Orders are delivered using various logistics providers.
- We are not responsible for any delivery delays or issues that may occur after the order has been dispatched. If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
We do not ship to hotels or PO Boxes.
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 business days to confirm the issue. Do not return any items before we have approved and scheduled the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
- The item remains your responsibility until it arrives to us. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance for the full value of the item. In cases of confirmed error, we will cover the reshipping cost.
Processing times
- Pre-orders for essential line items may take 2 to 3 weeks to ship. Pre-orders for artisan line items may take 4 to 6 weeks to ship.
