Return and Exchange Policy
Please take your time to consult our size guides before placing your order to avoid dissatisfaction, as we do not offer refunds for size changes. We do not accept returns unless the items are defective or the order is incorrect.
If your order arrives with any defect, please contact us immediately (within 10 business days). We will review your case and coordinate a replacement shipment. Once we receive the item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Do not send any item back before we have approved and scheduled the return. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping service that insures your package for the value of the item. We will cover the cost of reshipping in confirmed cases of defect or error.
We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. Please contact us before proceeding with any return or exchange and keep in mind the following:
Items, including packaging, must be returned in their original sale condition along with proof of purchase. The condition of the merchandise is subject to our evaluation. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. We do not offer refunds. Please note that we do not accept returns of A NEW CROSS items purchased from third-party retailers.

A NEW CROSS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please ensure items are returned in a box. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with a required signature.
